Several years ago I had to come up with a way to avoid the "Flapsi Hapsi" method that so many of my employees were using, so I designed and implemented a Time Management and Paperwork Management System and I and many of my former employees, friends, and family have used my method ever since. Do your thinking on paper. You will make quicker and better decisions if you write down the pros and cons of a line of action. This does not take time it saves time!
